After the family moves into a new apartment, Beth (Deborah Valente) and Matt's (Michael Cram) young son, Calvin (Dylan Everett), claims that monsters are living in the attic. When several of their friends die mysteriously, the parents start to believe that something sinister is at work. Downstairs neighbors Tyler (Stephen Rea) and his niece, Kayla (Hannah Lochner), seem friendly and normal, but they possess dark and dangerous secrets.
