When Timothy Dolan (Robert Floyd) meets Carolyn Blair (Kelly Rowan), they fall in love and plan to wed, much to the chagrin of Timothy's suspicious mother, Faye (Patty Duke). Soon, Timothy disappears, and Carolyn claims she knows nothing about her fiancé's whereabouts. But Faye isn't buying any of it and begins her own investigation of Carolyn in hopes of discovering what really happened to her son in this crime thriller based on a true story.
