Talk about a realtor's nightmare! College friends Susan (Suzanne Bridgham), Rick (Christian Harmony), Tammy (Lauren Woodland) and Owen (Don Maloney) take a job renovating an old home, unaware that it once housed a cult of devil worshippers. Haunted by a female demon (Teresa DePriest) and other spooks, the terrified quartet calls in a parapsychology professor (Roy Scheider) to help dispatch the evil spirits and close the doorway to Hades for good.
