Shocked to discover that she was adopted years ago after the gruesome murder of her real parents and that she has a brother who was stunned into catatonia by the horrific event, Teri (Sally Pressman) visits her sibling in a decrepit mental ward. But Teri's trip turns deadly when a ferocious beast unleashes its fury in the hospital halls -- and Teri thinks the shape-shifting creature may in fact be her brother. Michael Spence directs this gore fest.
