When serial killer Herman Webster Mudgett was buried in the late 1800s, Chicago's Englewood neighborhood breathed a sigh of relief, knowing that he could harm them no more. Hundreds of years later, a reporter discovers that a recent string of murders are strikingly similar to those that terrorized the same neighborhood centuries earlier.
