Paris in the late 19th century is a beaten-down city reeling from the ungodly exploits of a hideous serial killer known only as the Wolf. Nobody knows his true identity -- that is, until scheming patrician Chevalier Lucio del Gardo (Tod Slaughter) brands unassuming bank clerk Lucien Cortier (John Warwick) as the murderer. With help from a slightly deranged professor, can Lucien clear his besmirched name?
