The Fall Before Paradise

Psychiatric patient Max (Devere Jehl) is haunted by disturbing dreams of two children. Worse, his nightmares of a boy who sacrifices his life to shield his 6-year-old sister from abuse start to bleed into Max's reality as he continually refuses his medication. He finally decides his only hope for saving his sanity is to find the little girl and return her to her mother -- but the mental ward staff aren't about to release him from the institution.
