The Fighter

Merle (Gregory Harrison), a Vietnam Vet turned hotel concierge, and his wife, Rindy (Glynnis O'Connor), barely scrape by on their small salaries. When Merle hears about an amateur boxing match with a large prize, he sees it as a chance to boost their finances. The competition will be tough, but Merle learned a lot about fighting -- and surviving -- in "the 'Nam."
