Colonel Ilan Ramon, Israel's first astronaut, was elated when he earned a chance to fly on the beloved Space Shuttle Columbia. Sadly, he lost his life in February 2003, when the shuttle broke apart over Texas just 16 minutes before it was to land. This documentary, shot by an Israeli film crew, follows Ramon for four years prior to his fateful voyage, capturing his trying journey from Israeli fighter pilot to courageous astronaut.
