The Garment Jungle

When Korean War vet Alan Mitchell (Kerwin Mathews) returns home to work for the family clothing manufacturing company, he discovers that his father (Lee J. Cobb) is in cahoots with gangsters to squelch a fledgling union movement within the shop. When the anti-union goons become murderous, Alan turns against his father to help organize the shop's labor force. Vincent Sherman directs this tough pro-union drama that co-stars Gia Scala.
