Addled by excessive drug use that has damaged his sense of judgment and justice, entrepreneur Jack Magnus (Gaffey) descends into a paranoid psychosis and finds a murderous streak within him. Using a construction tool -- a jackhammer -- as his weapon, he embarks on a gory rampage where no one is safe from his bloodlust. Can Jack be stopped?
