In Season 4, Louise (Isabel Sanford) and George (Sherman Hemsley) get through a hostage ordeal by reliving the old times; sassy housekeeper Florence's (Marla Gibbs) parents come to town; and George's high-spirited nephew (Gary Coleman) pays a visit.
