Bobby (Justin Berfield) is an ordinary 12-year old who dreams of becoming a spy. When he finds a pair of X-ray glasses, he thinks his dream has come true -- until he finds himself on the run from bumbling thieves, police and government agents who want the glasses for themselves. With only his Uncle Chuck (Robert Carradine) to help, Bobby must outsmart his pursuers and make it to a final showdown with the real CIA.
