With his outspoken roommate and father-in-law (Jerry Stiller) contributing to the humorous din, life in Queens is anything but quiet for Doug Heffernan (Kevin James) and his wife, Carrie (Leah Remini), in the eighth round of this long-running sitcom. This season, Carrie gets some unexpected reactions when she takes pole-dancing lessons, the couple considers marriage counseling, and a trip to an amusement park ends in disaster.
