Although Tank Wong (Andy On) is the reigning champion of the Star Runner martial arts tournament, a stubborn young fighter named Bond Cheung (Vanness Wu) is determined to take the title from the seemingly unstoppable warrior. Knowing he'll need to be in his best condition, Bond learns to combine his Thai kickboxing skills with Chinese kung fu, creating a formidable new fighting style -- but will it be enough to defeat the champ?
