Having worn out his welcome in Los Angeles where he was convicted of strangling seven women, Johnathan Glick (Pierre Agostino) -- the notorious "Hollywood Strangler" -- heads to Las Vegas when he's released from prison six years later on a technicality. But it seems that old habits die hard, and soon Las Vegas lovelies are turning up dead in this direct-to-video thriller from horror auteur Ray Dennis Steckler.
