After the death of his mother (Phyllis Diller), young corporate exec Rob Baskin (Dana Ashbrook) travels to California's Sierra Nevada mountain range to scatter her ashes. En route, he meets the terminally ill Ann Field (Tisha Campbell), a woman who still has plenty of life left in her -- and plenty to teach her new companion. Billy Dee Williams and Mink Stole co-star in this romantic tearjerker directed by indie auteur James Slocum.
