This hair-raising docudrama explores the legend of an elusive Bigfoot-like beast that for years terrorized the rural community of Fouke, Ark. Interviews with townsfolk claiming to have seen the hirsute creature -- purportedly 7 feet tall with long limbs and three toes on each foot -- are interspersed with reenactments. Helmed by Charles B. Pierce, this cult favorite inspired a pair of sequels and scads of copycats.
