Based on Nino Ricci's best-selling trilogy, this epic miniseries spans 20 years and two continents. After his mother, Christina (Sabrina Ferilli), dies, Vittorio Innocente (Fab Filippo) begins to piece together his family's past in their native Italy. Along the way, he discovers some surprising secrets about his mother and his heritage. Jerry Ciccoritti directs a stellar cast that includes Sophia Loren and Kris Kristofferson.
