On his deathbed in the hospital, Jason's father asks that he be buried in his hometown, beside the body of his wife. Jason (Dan Cortese) remembers little of the place where he was born but decides to honor his father's final wish. But when Jason learns that most of the tombstones in the town cemetery, including his mother's, bear the same day and month each year, things get creepy ... fast!
