With the help of his loyal men and his own impressive fighting skills, General Hsiung (Sing Chen) attempts to restore stability to China after the powerful Commander Fu Sheng (Carter Wong) takes over the country in this historically set martial arts film. Directed by Siu-Pang Chan, this highly exhilarating action movie also features appearances by Casanova Wong, Dragon Lee, Godfrey Ho and Bruce Lai.
