Toshiharu Ikeda helmed this intricate Japanese thriller, which follows psycho serial killer Yasunaga (Etsushi Toyokawa) and his feminine accomplice, Chinatsu (Kumiko Aso), who shear and spear their victims with scissors. But when their next target is found already murdered, they realize there's a copycat working their side of the street -- who may get them caught! Koji Higuchi plays the police detective investigating the bizarre killings.
