This double feature stars John Wayne in two early Westerns made for the movie company Lone Star Productions. In The Man from Utah, Wayne's John Weston juggles two beautiful women (played by Polly Ann Young and Anita Campillo) while investigating a string of murders on the rodeo circuit. In Sagebrush Trail, Wayne plays an innocent man wrongly accused of murder who desperately searches for the true villain.
