A mysterious shrouded vigilante known as Ye Cha, the Masked Prosecutor, is stalking the city streets. The bizarre crime fighter tracks down acquitted criminals who've slipped through justice's grasp, kidnaps them and spanks them to within an inch of their lives. Cops Wah (Jordan Chan) and Guy (Blackie Ko) are determined to unmask the caning crime fighter in this gothic action adventure co-starring Louis Koo and Grace Yip.
