A music journalist (Alan Alda) scores the interview of a lifetime when a terminally ill piano virtuoso (Curd Jürgens) agrees to talk to him. But the opportunity doesn't come cheap -- the price is giving up his soul. Although the writer's wife (Jacqueline Bisset) suspects something's wrong, she has no idea her husband's been possessed. Barbara Parkins also stars in this classic 1970s thriller.
