Gilbert and Sullivan's classic comic opera about Ko Ko (Eric Donkin), a Japanese tailor-turned-Lord High Executioner, comes to the screen in this delightful production staged by Ontario's renowned Stratford Shakespeare Festival. Can Ko Ko deliver a head to the Mikado (Gidon Saks) as commanded? Henry Ingram, Marie Baron, Allen Stewart-Coates and Richard McMillan co-star, with Norman Campbell directing.
