When mediocre boxer Jimmy Conley (Tom Neal) starts landing knockout punches in every fight, everybody but Jimmy suspects the matches are fixed. Despite warnings from his fiancée (Carol Hughes) and bouts against a series of laughable opponents, Jimmy refuses to see the truth. And when he finally does, it could be too late in this 1941 drama also starring Betty Blythe, Vickie Lester and Alex Callam.
