While spending his summer days with his aunt (Laraine Newman), Tom Sawyer (Phillip Van Dyke) and his best friend, Chuck (Adam Dior), uncover a nefarious plot to defraud their town's treasury, giving them a chance to save the day and restore their trouble-making reputations. Adam Weissman directs this modern adaptation of the classic Mark Twain novel, and Bethany Richards co-stars as Becky Thatcher, the object of Tom's affection.
