Who knows why darkness reigns within the hearts of two men who've embarked on a murderous spree (Bob Balaban and Darren Burrows)? Whatever the reason, whether they're moved to kill by pure evil or human nature gone awry, they must be stopped before a small town is completely overrun by the terror they've wreaked.
