Sassy Queens-born nanny Fran (the thickly accented Fran Drescher) continues her benevolent rule over the progeny of Broadway producer Maxwell Sheffield (Charles Shaughnessy) in the third season of the beloved sitcom. Highlights include Fran's crazy sweet 16 party for Maggie (Nicholle Tom), Fran seeking treatment for shopping addiction, a new boyfriend for Val (Rachel Chagall) and a surprise admission of love.
