The Neighbor

The small Vermont town where John (Ron Lea) and Mary (Linda Kozlowski) find their new home holds great promise: It's far from the madding crowd and, hopefully, a great place to raise kids, since Mary's pregnant. But their idyllic dreams turn into terror when they learn that Dr. Myron Hatch (Rod Steiger), the man who sold them the house and who's now their next-door neighbor, is psychotic and obsessed with Mary, who reminds him of his mother.
