Richard Dees (Miguel Ferrer), an investigative reporter for a sleazy weekly tabloid, is hot on the trail of a serial killer who flies a private plane to commit his unspeakable acts of murder, targeting unsuspecting victims at isolated rural airports. But as Dees tracks the killer, he witnesses something that could turn out to be hell on Earth in this creepy thriller based on a short story by Stephen King.
