Sometime in the future, international space station Florida Arklab orbits the Earth with a two-man crew providing global weather forecasts. But when a hostage crisis in the Middle East threatens to explode, the government orders the astronauts to blast the Indian Ocean and Persian Gulf with radiation … and suddenly, the scientists' mission of peace turns into a desperate conspiracy of sabotage, murder and massive nuclear devastation.
