The sun-soaked, money-drenched Orange County community of Newport Beach, Calif., is not without its problems; just ask any of the troubled teens who manage to stir up trouble in their lives of privilege in this Fox drama series. As the third season opens, senior year and college loom, but more immediate concerns -- Ryan's (Benjamin McKenzie) savior complex, Seth (Adam Brody) and Summer's (Rachel Bilson) relationship -- preoccupy the O.C. gang.
