Troubled teen Ryan Atwood (Benjamin McKenzie) finds himself among the glamour and glitz of Orange County after living on the wrong side of the tracks. Once lawyer Sandy Cohen (Peter Gallagher), puts Ryan up in his house, the young man quickly becomes entangled with spoiled rich girl Marissa (Mischa Barton), who introduces him to a whole new world of money, backstabbing, and vice. Kelly Rowan, Rachel Bilson and Melinda Clarke also star.
