After U.S. pilot Larry Douglas (John Beck) abandons his French lover, Noelle Page (Marie-France Pisier), in the midst of World War II, the embittered Noelle pledges to use men only for money and power in this steamy drama based on a Sidney Sheldon novel. Though Noelle ends up snagging a millionaire hubby, she can't shake her feelings for Larry and hires him to fly her private jet. But her revenge plot soon rekindles old passions.
