As part of the neighborhood watch program, 65-year-old informer Regina (Fernanda Montenegro) spends her time peering out of her apartment. But after she reports a murder in the complex across the way, she gets suspended when the accused (Raul Cortez) turns out to be a retired judge. Certain that she witnessed a killing, Regina launches her own investigation in this offbeat Brazilian import directed by Marcos Bernstein.
