Amid the 1989 fall of Ceausescu's communist regime in Romania, Lt. Neagu (Adi Carauleanu) and his men try to maintain order in a Bucharest suburb, but when one of the soldiers (Paul Ipate) sneaks off to guard against insurgents, Neagu must bring him back or face punishment. Radu Muntean's wry drama captures the chaos and confusion as the hated dictatorship crumbles and allies become enemies.
