Bela Lugosi stars as Dr. Alex Zorka in this classic mad scientist chiller. When Zorka's wife is killed, he vows to unleash his creations on the world. Will former partner Dr. Fred Mallory (Edwin Stanley) be able to thwart his devious plans? This showcase of Lugosi's fiendish appeal is a concoction of foreign spies, federal agents, a pretty girl and a thrilling dirigible explosion for which actual footage of the Hindenburg disaster was used.
