Joshua McCord's (Chuck Norris) job as a Secret Service agent to the President has been bringing him down, and he's ready to give it all up. As he begins to coach the person who'll be replacing him, McCord gets word that the First Lady has been kidnapped. Now, he must set aside his need to retire and get back to business. With McCord leading the charge, will the Secret Service be able to bring the first lady back to safety?
