Poverty-stricken single mother Lisa (Jennifer Jason Leigh) is being forced to send her daughter back to foster care. To make a few extra rubles, Lisa accepts a job cleaning up after a party celebrating Russian mob boss Oleg's retirement from illegal business. When Oleg offers her more money for the job if she will have a sexual encounter with him, Lisa must decide if a quickie and her dignity are worth getting her daughter back.
