Sarah (Shannon Doherty) is a young woman who "takes back the night" and helps send her stalker (Peter Outerbridge) to jail. But even from jail, the deranged, obsessed man manages to torment Sarah relentlessly, framing her husband and threatening to ruin her life completely. Sarah soon realizes it may take extraordinary steps to finally end her nightmare. Is she up to the task?
