To stop a group of radical terrorists from blowing up Tokyo with stolen uranium, toupee-wearing detective Zura Deka (Fuyuki Moto) teams up with a crack team of police officers that includes Detectives Fatty, Shorty and Mr. Handsome. Poking fun at 1970s Japanese cop shows and male pattern baldness, this wacky crime farce follows the "Rug Cop" as he uses his ill-fitting hairpiece as a lethal weapon.
