Called to Las Vegas to investigate a mail-bombing case, Bud Chelzer (Sandy Hackett) uncovers a shocking political scandal in this crime mystery. As Chelzer combs Sin City for clues to a deadly explosion, lady luck (Sharon Faetsch) entices down-and-out musician Brad (Mike Matthews) to take a high-paying gig. But what Brad doesn't know is that his new employer is the Special Intelligence Network, an underground organization devoted to sabotage.
