A spinoff of the hit BBC show "Doctor Who," this sci-fi children's series stars Elisabeth Sladen as investigative reporter Sarah Jane Smith, who takes it upon herself to save the planet from evil extraterrestrials bent on global domination. Helping Sarah Jane defend the world against the alien baddies are her genetically engineered son, Luke (Tommy Knight), and her young neighbor, Maria Jackson (Yasmin Paige).
