Businessman Matthew Barnes (Mike Binder) is wrapping up an important merger between his firm and another conglomerate. But an embittered employee in his firm, John Gissing (Alan Rickman), feels he should have been the one to get Matthew's job and sets his sights on sabotage. What unfolds is a comically twisted plan to bring down his rival. Janeane Garofalo co-stars in this sharp satire of corporate culture.
