Looking forward to spending some time with her new boyfriend (Costas Mandylor), self-absorbed single mother Kaliope Harris (Izabella Miko) leaves her daughter Anna (Erika Shasho) in her mother's care for the weekend. But after turning her head for just a moment, Mrs. Harris (Lesley Ann Warren) loses sight of her granddaughter at the water's edge … and soon faces the terrifying realization that the girl may be gone forever.
