David Cassidy stars in this silly romp through disco heaven. It's 2176, and time travelers make it their mission to slip through a time warp and find the Constitution. Their destination? 1776, of course! But when their time-travel mechanism breaks down and they end up in 1976 instead, they discover a world far groovier than they expected.
