Man's best friend is also a spy in this British espionage spoof from Daniel Petrie, starring Lionel Jeffries as the British counter-intelligence agent who dreams up the wacky idea of implanting a bug in a bulldog. When the pooch is then presented as gift to the Soviet prime minister, the perfect spy is born -- until that spy begins to ail, raising the possibility that a Soviet vet could find the bug when treating the canine.
