Blair Witch Project co-creator Daniel Myrick rolls out an uncensored look at the quirky, kooky social fabric of Venice Beach, Calif., with this independent, episodic feature that was initially produced for the Web. Part scripted and part spontaneous, the program combines traditional filmmaking techniques with audition video footage, chat room transcripts and point-of-view cameras for a unique approach to character development.
